Whenever we go out for dinner as a family we don’t use our gadgets. I have noticed earlier on when my twins were just about 3 years old, it was becoming a bad habit because every time we sat down for a meal while waiting for the food to arrive, they would ask for our phones so that they can be entertained. After realizing the unhealthy lifestyle we were fostering, I decided to nip it in the bud and told them there would be no more gadgets whenever we go out for a meal.
